This Airbnb exceeded every expectation. The home was spotless and beautifully prepared. The welcome package was such a thoughtful touch, especially since they didn’t even know it was my birthday weekend. Everything was fully stocked, from cooking supplies to extra snacks and drinks, which made settling in effortless. The pool was perfectly heated and having pool toys available was a bonus my family loved. Each bedroom was comfortable and well equipped with robes, extra linens, and cozy throw blankets. Nothing felt overlooked. The host was incredibly attentive and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays in the past 10 years, if not my favorite. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again.
This was a beautiful house and we enjoyed all the amenities. Sunsets were beautiful, great outdoor space, comfortable beds and everything that you needed in the kitchen. We weren’t able to get in when we arrived but after making a call, someone was there within 5 minutes. Definitely a great rental property!
We vacationed with 8 family and friends and enjoyed the home. It was perfect for us. We loved the location as it was close to groceries, water and restaurants. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and the pool and felt it was perfect. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. There were plenty of areas that supported a group setting, allowing us to gather together while still having room to relax. The backyard was especially serene and calming, such a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. It really added to the overall experience. The host was also very responsive. Whenever we had a few things that needed to be addressed, they handled them promptly and professionally, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again!

House was incredibly well stocked and had every amenity/appliance. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable as well. Great communication and helpful management too.
This home was beautiful. This was a special trip for 5 ladies to celebrate our birthdays by going to the Morgan Wallen concert at the Cardinal Arena. We could not have been more pleased with the location and beautiful home. Within 15 minutes of the arena and 30 minutes from the airport. This home truly provided everything we needed and we spent so much time in the pool just enjoying the relaxation and beauty of our surroundings. We would definitely stay here again.
We live in the near by neighborhood and our AC went out on a Saturday evening…..sadly our AC company said it would take a week to replace. We decided to turn this unfortunate situation into a staycation. We emailed Ryan late at night and he was able to accommodate our super late checkin so we wouldn’t suffer in our hot home. The house was beautiful, clean, and the views were amazing!!! We would recommend this home!!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Sunkasa will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Sunkasa will match it.
