A sunlit casa, far from the everyday

Ryan's place was our home away from home. We spent alot of time here and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Phoenix. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌵☀️

What a great stay! It had everything we could possibly need including a milk frother for our coffee! It is thoughtfully decorated and even has fishing poles and golf clubs! The boat was great, and although we had to take it out in the morning because of the heat wave it was beautiful to watch the sunrise. Overall it was a great stay and my family would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our visit was quite eventful, although we had a few mishaps that were out of the control of the host. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with making sure that they brought solutions to the table. My family and I enjoyed the time we were able to at the property, and the property itself was spectacular. As someone who has family visit frequently throughout the year for business, spring training, and other events, we will be booking with Ryan and his team again. Don’t miss your chance to book at these BEAUTIFUL properties and see a side of Arizona that no one gets to experience!

Well appointed, clean home with many ammenities. Beautiful neighborhood and views of the water were stunning. Enjoyed the bird watching.

Great house and location, and very nice set up. We would definitely come back anytime. We have stayed in 10 Flasgstaff houses over 10 years and this was one of our favorites.

Ryan was great from beginning to end. His communication was prompt, professional and personable. The house itself was a blast but the cherry on top was the Pontoon boat. The fam loved being in the boat fishing majority of the time up and down the lake. Such a relaxing peaceful area we had a great time. Would def recommend to family and friends.

This house was perfect for our group of 12 - plenty of space for privacy and time together. The pool and outdoor space was where we spent most of our time. We were a bit apprehensive about booking in July due to the possibility of extreme temps; however, we are from the east coast and deal with oppressive humidity, so the dry heat felt great! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the summer months!
