Great place! Location and views! Nice decor and well appointed.

We loved our week in this home. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we love the canals. The house was clean and well appointed. We liked that they had fishing gear and puzzles for additional things to do. Ryan was friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. We would highly recommend the home and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing 4 day stay! The home is stunning with beautiful furnishings. Plenty of room for my family of 5. The fishermen in my family loved the dock and pontoon boat and the pool and hot tub were amazing! We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful house!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is exploring a house at Arrowhead Lakes. Spacious, clean, and a ton of amenities. Beautiful heated pool, sunset cruises on the pontoon, you will not be disappointed. The pictures don’t do it justice. The backyard was recently remodeled, absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to revisit. Thank you Ryan for a great vacation.

I agree with with another review that said pictures don't do this place justice for the night time pics and finishings on this house. This place is absolutely incredible. Everything in the house is in great working order which is rare (shades, kitchen accessories, lighting, etc). The level of cleanliness of the property and conditoin was impeccable. We will return again.

Great location! Wonderful space.

Stayed here as a group of 6 to visit family and attend a wedding. The house was exactly as listed, and my boys (6 and 3) loved the pool! My parents also appreciated not having to deal with stairs. The layout is perfect as my wife and I stayed on one side of the house with the kids and my parents stayed in the master bedroom. This place is perfect if you’re here visiting the the north side of Phoenix, and is right off the 101 which lets you get to anywhere you need to go nice and quick. I was even able to sneak in a round of golf, so we appreciated having the garage to keep my clubs in! All in all, the house was perfect for our needs!
