We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home is even better in person—beautifully designed, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun getaway. The outdoor space is what truly makes this place special. The pool, spa, and lakefront views are stunning, especially at sunset. Having access to the pontoon boat was a huge bonus and made the experience feel like a private resort. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the water, grilling, and just soaking it all in. Ryan was an amazing host—extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Perfect for families or groups, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
We stayed 6 weeks and had an absolutely wonderful time. We highly recommend this home. Beautiful home with gorgeous mountain views, a calming lake, and an extremely peaceful neighborhood. The 20-foot sliding doors in the kitchen seamlessly meld the house with the outdoors. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated. The gourmet kitchen is a highlight. The home is close to shopping and great restaurants, and you can walk to nearby hiking trails. The pontoon boat was a big plus and we caught several nice fish!
Place was awesome. Pontoon boat ride was welcome fun. Had small issue with hot tub and Ryan rectified immediately and was speediness. This place is a must stay for anyone!!

Home was just as described and had everything we needed. Kitchen has it all! Actually the whole house has it all! Welcome items were very considerate and appreciated. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and outside and never wanted to leave. Pool was always at a perfect temperature and hot tub was so relaxing. Having my cup of coffee by the lake every morning was blissful. Neighborhood is very friendly. Home was perfect, would definitely return and recommend.
We loved staying in this beautiful home! We enjoyed the beautiful views, and the awesome boat ride! All of the Christmas lights on the lake made it that much more beautiful. Ryan is very accomodating to his guests! This is the second home of his we’ve stayed in, and have no complaints.
Brian and his wife were great to deal with. We had some unforseen circumstances that came up, and they were extremely accommodating. House was clean. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The pontoon was also a bonus. Overall, a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Arrowhead Lakes home! The outdoor space was amazing — the men and boys in our group could not get enough of the fishing and spent hours every day catching bass, catfish, and bluegill from the dock or on the boat. The desert sky at night and the views of the nearby hillsides were absolutely incredible. When we weren’t on the lake, we were enjoying the pool, relaxing in the spa, sitting by the fire pit, or watching TV on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway — highly recommend!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Sunkasa will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Sunkasa will match it.
