Absolutely beautiful place!
Thank you Ryan for an exceptional stay at your Airbnb. Six adults and five children enjoyed the pool, the lake and the beautiful home which included everything a person on vacation could ask for. Highly recommend your property.
Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a week. It is everything the photos show. The home was very clean and comfortable...a perfect size for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed...and even two dishwashers! The temperatures were in the high 90's, so everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the pontoon boat was a huge hit with our toddlers! It was a short 10 minutes to the Mariner/Peoria baseball stadium. Ryan and Kristine were very responsive to a couple of our needs and very accommodating. We had a great time and definitely would stay here again next year!

We were a party of 7 ladies. We thoroughly enjoyed this property. There was plenty of room, and all the amenities needed were available. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to get around. The full use of the garage was a plus. The backyard and use of the boat is unbeatable. We found ourselves wanting to stay home just to enjoy the place. We are already trying to find a time to revisit just to stay here again.
We really enjoyed this home. It was luxurious without being precious. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub on some cooler days. The view out the back overlooking the pond and mountain was my favorite part of the whole trip. Safeway is nearby as is Costco. A car is necessary but it was easy to get around the neighborhood. This is a great family home!
Beautiful home, looks even better than the pictures. Very spacious, well decorated and fully stocked. Was the perfect quiet stay for our girls weekend. We went to local restaurants, used the boat, went hiking - it was all easy and accessible.
I hated to leave this rental! The decor is stunning and the layout is ideal for entertaining. The terrace over looking the lake is a peaceful respite after a day of travel. I would definitely refer friends to this home and stay again.

This house was perfect for our stay. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The amenities are great, especially the backyard - we enjoyed the fire pit, heated pool and hot tub as well as one boat trip. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. The hosts were very attentive. Great trip overall.
GIRLS TRIP '25 - The online photos are beautiful, but the home is absolutely breathtaking in person. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with modern décor and spacious rooms. The kitchen was a standout: fully stocked with quality dinnerware, plenty of glasses and utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, spices, trash bags, dish soap — everything we could possibly need. The amenities were exceptional: high-quality toiletries, comfy beds, great linens and pillows, lots of towels, and even fluffy robes — such an unexpected and appreciated touch. We also arrived to a generous snack basket and a bottle of wine, which made us feel instantly welcomed. The pool and spa were heated to perfect temperatures when we arrived. And having the boat was such a fun bonus — we loved cruising the lake and admiring the beautiful Arrowhead Lakes neighborhood. Our host, Ryan, was fantastic: incredibly responsive, kind, and even offered to stop by if needed. 5 STARS!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Sunkasa will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
